Строевой Устав, глава 7 "Строевой смотр роты, батальона, полка", параграф 186 :)
Не думаю, что для "... частей московского гарнизона и военных академий" команда будет отличаться :)

на первое мая фотографировал ее совсем рядом от этого места. подошла, спросила из какого я вуза, потом стала рассказывать про то как из их класса пятнадцатилетних парней забирали на фронт... повздыхала и ушла. про себя не особо хотела рассказывать, как я понял. вот фото:
